By Boat

This painting is a depiction of migrants on a boat traveling from Northern Africa and across the Mediterranean Sea in hopes of reaching Europe where what is believed to be a better life awaits them. The image includes women, men, children and infants unsure of what the journey holds and if they will make it. A journey many including Musah have thought about taking in search for greener pastures.
