This was one of the first paintings of the cycle "White Eyes" ... the eyes weren't cut out yet and the colours concentrated on opaque combinations. Other than later works of the cycle this one concentrates on simplicity in colour and form following painting principles elaborated during the cycle "Gazing Masks"

Born in 1963, Martin Husz paints in oils ever since the age of fourteen. He has shown his works at numerous exhibitions in Regensburg (Germany) and Vienna (Austria). Presently, he mostly works with acrylic paint on canvas.
