The Dogs of War

Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war is a line from Shakespeares play 'Julius Ceasar' it is is a command to his army to go forth and destroy the enemy force Unfortunately once a state of war is declared it is a bit like a boxing match you batter the enemy to a pulp until he surrenders nobody ever wins outright never play with fire
