How To Thrive With A Bleeding Heart

I used to meditate daily, but for some reason I stopped. And now my heart feels slightly more empty than it used to. I don't know what's inside, about the soul, but I know sitting for an amount of time a day in silence thinking of nothing, not moving, it filled me up with something. I need to start that journey again, of self discovery, I need to feel less empty in my chest.
