Peace Profound

I have learned that going Nagual can be painful. Thy body reacts to the higher vibration of energy. The whole body hurts. It can last for hours. I find I have to lie down. Taking a shower sometimes helps. I used to put a wet cloth on the top of my head or run my hands under a running tap. I used to take baths and those were great. Now I only have a shower. It is a matter of assembling the experience.
