Sir William de Bunnett and the Fearsome Tyrone

The regal regalia and serious expression of this young lord stand in stark contrast to the expression on the cat's face. In common terms, the protrusion of an animal's tongue is known as a "blep" or "mlem." Upon seeing such an expression on the face of the fearsome Tyrone, one might exclaim: "look at the blep! He's doin him a mlem!" Originally intended as a gag gift to the Artist's roommate, this piece has become a favorite within the artist's personal collection.
