Metroplayitan Expanse (Left Half)

A whimsical transhuman playground, this cityscape is a play in what a post-scarcity society might look like. What if there were few design constraints, and every citizen were a creator of some kind? Would natural harmonies arise, or would it be a cacophonous clash of individuality? Would everything resemble an amusement park, or something else? Would it be so strange as to seem abstracted to us? This is the left half of the diptych.
